New Senior Business Unit Director for Sword FircoSoft

Paris, France, 26 August 2008 – Sword FircoSoft, the leading global provider of watchlist filtering solutions, today announced the appointment of Heribert Westerveld         as senior business unit director for the company's French, US and UK operations with effect from September 1st, 2008.

Heribert brings to the company a wealth of experience in financial services, and more recently in watchlist filtering, where he has held a number of influential roles in Transaction Banking and Compliance over the past 11 years, with ABN AMRO Bank NV. Prior to this, Heribert was financial controller with Doens & Vermue NV and IT project leader with Adifo NV.

Commenting on his appointment, Heribert said: "I am looking forward to the challenges of my new role.
